Winter Tea

I realise we are already in the early spring, but this has been my favourite mixture for this past winter, and it's still quite fitting for spring as well.

I mix chokeberries, rosehips, raspberry leaves, and blackberry leaves together. Sometimes I add strawberry leaves as well, it depends on what's on hand. You can always use just one type of these dried leaves.

You would need a teaspoon per cup (250ml), then pour boiling water over the mixture and let it sit for 15 minutes. Don't forget to put a cap over your brewing tea, you don't want the good stuff to escape into the air!
It's a very simple and tasty tea, and it will boost your immune system. You can add one stevia leaf into the mixture or some chokeberry syrup into the brewed tea if you wish to sweeten it.
