Blackberry Cake and Mint Tea
I think blackberries are the tastiest of the forest's gifts.
Here's an easy recipe for a tasty blackberry cake.
Ingredients:
🌿 2 cups of flour of your choice
🌿 3/4 of a cup of coconut sugar
🌿 a dash of salt
🌿 baking powder
🌿 around 220ml of cream
🌿 3-4 eggs
🌿 grated lemon peel
🌿 vanilla
🌿 blackberries
I use cups that are around 250ml.
Mix it all carefully together and add the blackberries last. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the mixture for 25 minutes.
